We are a "Concierge" real estate firm and as such, we consider ourselves order takers. Our boutique firm is located in the financial district of the City of New York and in the Greater Philadelphia area, and we specialize in discovering and marketing undervalued real estate investments in the top destination cities in the USA. Historically, our efforts have been in the residential apartment building and coop/condo markets, and we have expanded our focus to include office buildings, retail shopping malls, hotels and resorts, as well as performing and non-performing notes. Our team maintains a constant vigil for opportunities where the intrinsic value exceeds the current market value.

While our firm is relatively new, our seasoned principals have been active in the real estate market since 1985 and as such, we are able to offer virtually any property or portfolio of properties, in any category of real estate that is currently on the market or that may be anticipated for private sale. Also of note, our residential sales division has virtually unlimited access to townhouses, penthouses, country estates and waterfront properties throughout the United States.
