As President and CEO of The Bentley Group, Ltd., Hassan Abdellah oversees a portfolio of properties; actively buying, selling in New York City and buying, selling and managing in the Greater Philadelphia, PA area. His brokering of investment properties extends to core markets throughout the United States.

Hassan is a recognized professional in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate and is proficient in the areas of investment analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis and financial analysis for commercial real estate. He is currently a candidate for the ultra-prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM); a designation that only an estimated 6 percent hold in the United States and is also a member of the International Federation of Real Estate Professionals, FIABCI.

Having 30 plus years of extensive real estate experience, Hassan has been privileged to share his wealth of knowledge in teaching workshops. During the past three decades, he has also consistently bought, sold and managed real estate investments for his own account, which has allowed him to appreciate the many intricacies of owning and operating investment real estate.

Hassan's real estate brokerage career began in 1985 with Century 21 Real Estate. In 1986, he joined the reputable and highly respected Kermit Moran Realty Company, where he emerged to become the top-producing salesman in the firm. His successes lead to his eventual promotion and his becoming the Broker of Record and Managing Director of the Firm. His extensive experience with selling to professional athletes and entertainers, led to the moniker "Broker to the Stars".

1991 saw the genesis of Hassan's brokerage firm created to focus on selling investment property. Five years later, Hassan would be asked to join OHB Management Company, Inc., a Real Estate Management and Development firm with a portfolio of 77 multi-family buildings, a construction company and a security guard assurance business. During his 10 year tenure with OHB, he held the positions of Comptroller/Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Investment Officer.

After completing his undergraduate studies in music and finance at New York University and Brooklyn College, Hassan went on to pursue graduate studies in the Master of Business Administration/Certified Public Accountant program at Pace University in New York City.

Hassan currently serves a discerning clientele of International buyers and sellers who appreciate a professional whose integrity, strong work ethic and attention to detail which allows him to locate and structure attractive opportunistic investments for them, in the top 10 markets in the USA.
